Children accompanied by an adult may purchase a ticket for $5 each good on Friday or Saturday. Do not purchase this if you are coming on Sunday, because Sunday all kids 12 and under are Free.

The Shel Dorf Awards is an event to pay tribute to excellence in comics for the preceding year as well as a tribute to Shel Dorf the man who started the San Diego Comic Con and Our Name Sake The Detroit Triple Fan Fair" in 1965. 100% of this $10 donation goes towards buying the headstone for Shel Dorf who died in 2009 and still dos not have a monument at his grave in San Diego.
